- Introduces the Toastmaster of the Day

12:04 PM

Toastmaster of the Day
- Reviews agenda
- Fills any open positions
- Introduces the theme of the day
- Gives opening meeting remarks
- Introduces the Inspirational Opener

12:08 PM

Inspirational Opener
- Gives inspirational remarks or story (2 to 3 minutes)

Toastmaster of the Day
- Transitions between speakers
- Introduces Speaker #1

12:12 PM

Jokemaster
- Tells a joke (2 to 3 minutes)

Toastmaster of the Day
- Transitions between speakers
- Introduces Speaker #1

12:16 PM

Speaker #1
- Gives a manual or non-manual speech (5 to 7 minutes)

- Make sure room is clean
